How to play
As a Köbes, you need to tell arriving guests to sit down at a free table and then supply them with beer you get from the barrel. Once the guesthas had enough beer, they cover their empty glass with a cap
A indicator turns from green to red while a guest is waiting for you. A guest either waits to be let in, to be served beer or to pay. Once a guest has paid, they leave and the table may be occupied by someone else.
The barrel has a certain capacity and can be upgraded and refilled after a shift has ended. The remaining time of a shift is displayed above the barrel.
You need to think about how many guests you let in depending on the time left and how much beer is left in the barrel. Beer that has been tapped, but not given out to guests is wasted. Guests who didn6pay by the end of the shiftare thrown out without having to pay.
Future plans
Once the rating period is over, I will update the game with some improvements. I already implemented them, but was mistaken regarding the deadline. So the game is in a premature state. The following improvements are waiti6tinbe shipped:
- Guests drink at random speeds
- Guests drink a random amount if beers
- All placeholder models have been replaced by proper PSX styled models (except for the guests)
- Textures and lighting have been drastically improved
Things I may improve in the next weeks:
- Add PSX styled guest models eith animations
- Add more sounds
- Make beer tablet upgradable
- Imorove balancing to encourage replaying the game and upgrading stuff
- Add game over state (e.g. ran out of money or maximum amount of bad ratings, see below)
- Make use of the already implemented rating system (e.g. introduce varying tips, nake furious guests leave without paying, etc)
Credits
All sounds, fonts and the music track are made by other incredible people. I will link to their creations tomorrow, as my laptop is already shut down by now.
